This is the third bike I've bought from Village Cycle, at both locations (Barrington and Arlington Heights) and I'm genuinely very happy that we have such great independent bike shops in the area. They're knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In the Covid times bikes are nearly impossible to track down, so when I saw they had stock in a bike I was looking for I knew there was no time to wait. I saw the bike, they helped me with a test ride and we were able to get out the door with very little issue. But if you have questions or aren't sure what you want to do, they have the ability to help you out as well. Their commitment to your satisfaction is outstanding.
Good group of people working at Village CycleSport. They were honest and fair with needed repairs for two bikes and helpful with the new bike we bought for my son.

Never disappointed here - brought my road bike in because trainer stand use had destroyed the rear tire and big gear. Found me more appropriate parts for a great price, since I just wanted something affordable and basic, and now the bike rides like new. Silent, smooth, and now with parts that will keep it that way longer. Village is the best!
