Walked in with both breaks on one of my 8 year old twins bikes not working. Was told it might be 2 1/2 weeks for repair. Showing obvious disappointment they said that if it was only a brake adjustment they would do it immediately.n20 minutes and $15 later I left with all good.nThank you so much!nVery nice to deal with and understanding.nWith the warm weather hitting us so quickly I wanted to get my boys back outside.nThanks for your help!

Friendly professional staff. Wife and I put over 2k miles on our bikes. So yearly maintenance is must. This place is busy so I make sure to show up on off hours and don’t have a problem getting in and out of the store quickly. The quality of repairs has always been top notch. Bikes always feel like new after I pick them up. Last tune up, they missed an item I asked them to replace. They had the part in stock luckily and replaced the part while I waited. People make mistakes and they made it right with good customer service.

Excellent customer service. I have been looking for a Trek gravel bike for a while. They have been hard to come by during this pandemic. With the help of my local bike shop Cedar Bluff Cycles, we were able to locate the one I have been looking for at Prairie Path Cycles. Mary Lee and the crew were awesome. They immediately contacted my bike shop, worked out the details, and the next day my new bike was being shipped. I was treated as if I were a long time customer of theirs. Made me feel as if I were at my own bike shop. Can’t say enough good things about Prairie Path Cycles. Thank you!!

Went looking for me and my kids some bikes. Mind you I have no clue about bikes. Mary Lee along with her staff quickly helped us not only get the right bikes for us and even if they didn’t have a particular one helped me call and get it. I can’t say enough good things about Prairie Path! They taught me a lot about bikes and took the time to do so. Thank you!
