Glen Ellyn and the surrounding area is fortunate to have The Bike Hub (Mark and his great crew) in town. For several years now, they have done an awesome job on our bikes getting serviced there and getting the right parts for repairs, etc. Very customer focused and they stand behind their work. A great Bike Shop....

I love this place. I drive 45 minutes just to get my bike parts and tune up.nMark the owner, is very knowledgeable on his stuff. He is super easy to work with and will never make you feel like you have to have the most expensive parts on your bike. He will always look for options that will work best for you.nJ.V. the manager, does brilliant work.nI feel so safe knowing that The Bike Hub did the work. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great, local bike store catering to all types of cyclists. You won't find the pretentious arrogance that one experiences in other bike shops, and you'll be treated with respect whether you're buying your first bike or are an avid cyclist. Their staff is knowledgeable, experienced and customer friendly. It may seem miniscule, but I had a cracked valve stem cap when I brought in my bike for a tune up, and when I picked it up, a new cap was in it's place. It's an almost superfluous part, but they were compelled to make sure my bike was in great shape.nnI highly recommend.

Great service! I brought my wheelset in for a tune and true and turnaround was less than a week. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Took bike 4 gear adj. 21 speeds, now it's wearst than when I first brought it in. Those young boys need to learn to make a fair buck and show integrity in there work. I'm an x-motor sargent tell me about it.....
