When we were contemplating bikes during the quarantine, the shop was not open, but by appointment. The quality of the service was exceptional. It truly is a family owned business. We were given our space both literally and figuratively, with no pushing to buy. When we did decide and called back, they encouraged us to come back in and confirm what we'd been thinking about. When the bikes came in and they were all assembled, we again were invited to come in and have all our questions answered. We'd never had electric bikes, so there was a learning curve. We both bought bikes, custom colors, and I'm so pleased with both. We've been back to pick up a special case for my i phone and asked a few more questions, and they suggested we could bring the bike back in and they'd add the extras. Exceptional customer service!!!

What a great experience I had here! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m no bike enthusiast but they helped me find one that was safe and good quality. Definitely the go to bike shop.
