I get faster service when I pay for my prescriptions online and use the drive up. Last month I walked in for my flu shot. Nobody was there but the wait was kind of long. I walked around and a lot of shelves were empty. I was looking at prices and they are astronomically high. I guess you pay for convenience. The pharmacist finally got to me and she was very polite. I didn't feel her poke me. I think that English is her second language but we were able to communicate when I spoke slowly and used simple terms.

Sent in pictures to be developed before quarantine. The lady took my info down, took my camera, and I was on my way. I never got any feedback. I called back a couple weeks ago and they told me that they would call me back, they never did. So today I called them again and the manager informed me that there was nothing in the database regarding my photos. A whole waste of time. Only god knows where those pictures are. I sent them practically a year ago.

This store puts you on hold over the phone for 45 minutes and then hangs up. I'm a senior citizen, who has trouble walking, and just trying to ask a question about the medication they filled is hard for me to go into the pharmacy and ask. This store should be CLOSED down or management and staff replaced!

Went in to pick up medication it was only a few people ahead of me. The only thing I did notice is that some of their shelves were bare.

Okay to stop in and grab some groceries or items if it's convenient otherwise you can prob find the same items for cheaper down the street at the dollar store. The pharmacy's are better in Burbank and oak lawn although the lines are longer at the 95th location.
