Like watching a well oiled machine is what I observed while picking up an order today. The Pharmacy Staff at this CVS truly works without missing a beat! As prescriptions pile up in bins, customers arrive, phone rings.... the staff continues to fill orders. The background sound is the constant sound of the Drive-thru Tech coaching customers to self administer COVID tests, so clear, concise and pleasant! I hope Corporate appreciates the frontline at this location, remarkable performance, very impressive !

I went to get tested for Covid. The line was long but it moved pretty fast. When it was my turn the young lady excused herself and literally had me sitting there for 15 minutes, while she figured something out. She wasn't content with the fact that I didn't have insurance, since it showed my prior one in the system. Online it stated you didn't need it. But I got such a hard time for it. She was however helpful with the test. She was having some moments not sure what was going on

If you’re a fan of Halloween and need an all round scary experience, come to this CVS. If receiving bad customer service is a thrill for you, this place is where it’s at. The cashier named Sharieta and her sidekick Kimberly will make sure you get the worst customer service ever that you’ll never want to shop at this CVS again. Ask them a question and it’s almost like they’re trying figure out a mystery. They treat customers so bad that it makes you think if you’ll get like that when you’re in your 50’s.nn-100000/10 do not recommend.

This place is terrible. The store part is fine, the pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Extremely long wait times on phone and when picking up prescriptions. I never had these issues with Walgreens or Osco!

SANDEEP, YOU'RE THE MAN!! Head pharmacist saved me thousands of dollars by actually finding me manufacturer coupons for my specialty medicine. Not only that, he called and waited on the phone for about an hour for CVS Specialty Services to go ahead and approve an overdrive. I was ready to pay fully the out of pocket cost for this specialty medicine that I urgently needed, and Sandeep refused to let me pay so much money when I could pay absolutely nothing for it. I am extremely grateful for people like Sandeep. He is absolutely the best!
