This is my local Walgreens and I always had a good experience until now. An associate named Roberta was so rude, rolled her eyes, she didn’t want to help, not friendly, zero customer service. Poor shopping experience!
This is my local Walgreens, and I have nothing bad to say about them. They do a great job of keeping everything in stock. If there is a line at the register, they call for backup and the pharmacy as long as you come during off-peak hours, the wait is minimal.
Everyone working there is always so nice and helpful, I’m happy this is my neighborhood Walgreens! I’m extra grateful that they are staying open during the pandemic!
The store manager Jose B would not give me the 70 percent off price for the items that were on the 70 percent off holiday shelf. Customer service would not stand behind it and said it was up to the manager. This is illegal!
The pharmacist have horrible customer service. They had me standing at the register for 30min to see if our prescription was covered by insurance. Not once did they come back to us and let us know my insurance does not cover my medication until I asked if I would have to wait much longer due to me having to go to work. The manager, Javier, could not even give an apology for the wait or even an explanation just told me my insurance don’t cover my medicine and to call my doctor
