I was disappointed with their customer service. While you can tell they are very knowledgeable they do not know how to prioritize projects. I came in looking for them to look at my bike at the time it was very empty because they had just opened and was told I should expect my bike to be finished in a few hours. I called 2 time an hour before they closed and no answer. I was told they could NOT finish my bike because they got a rush AFTER I left my bike. This perplexed me because they basically admitted to NOT working on my bike to prioritize customers that came in AFTER me!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COSMIC BIKES TO MY PEERS!!!!
I highly recommend this shop for your needs. The whole staff was extremely helpful and nice. I asked for a tire installation and a cog replacement and they went above and beyond for me. Great turn around time too. I didnt wait long at all. I took a bike ride the same night and my bike was moving awesome! Thanks again Cosmic!

Chris was awesome. Had an issue with my bike after it had been repaired and they were quick to resolve them free of charge. Service was great. Nice to have a shop in the neighborhood that cares about their customers and has a real community feel.
Such an odd little shop, but the people who work here are awesome and extremely knowledgeable.
