Their staff is very friendly, obviously cares that you are happy and comfortable while trying to find the right bike for you. I have been to several bike stores, these people were the kindest, most attentive and helpful I have been at in the Chicago NW suburbs. I compared prices and their shop has quality bikes priced right where they should be. Selection was outstanding! You won't regret going to 7 Mile Bikes.

My boyfriend and I bought bikes yesterday and were beyond happy with our experience. They have a great selection. The staff was very welcoming and so helpful! I don’t remember his name, but the man we were talking to answered any questions we had and even went out of his way to make our ride home easier. I will definitely be recommending them!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very patient.nnThe last time I ride a bike regularly I want able to legally drive. However, one injuries and age hit me looking at a less 'joint impactful' exercise and these folks were great. They got me into a bike that fit right away, test drive and have me from to make a decision without a forced, high pressure sale.nnLooks like I've found my bike shop.

It's a community. You walk in and you recognize people and you are recognized. Staff acknowledge your presence and ask if you have any questions or if they can help you find what you're looking for but not pressure you to buy something like a car salesman or worse, buy something you don't actually need. Clean, professional, well stocked

Great experience. Sales consultant made sure the bike we were going to purchase for my son wasn’t too high for him. He loves his bike and rides it everyday since we purchased it. Recommend anyone who’s looking for a bicycle to go to 7 Mile Cycles!
