This pharmacy is the worst experience we’ve ever had. They didn’t completely fill one of our prescriptions. It wasn’t until we got home that it was caught. Called to get it sorted out the next day (they were closed over-nite), which didn’t happen. We didn’t feel this was right, so we contacted the CVS pharmacy in Lawrenceville, IL for help. It took the pharmacist from Lawrenceville to get involved in order because Mount Carmel was incorrect. Drove in to get Mount Carmel to get the rest of the prescription, only to show up they are closed 1:20-2pm (we would’ve thought that would’ve been mentioned considering they knew we were coming). Then, when they re-opened we were told we needed to wait another 15-20 min while it was filled!! Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

Friendly staff, but many items are way overpriced! A few weeks ago I almost bought a Scan Disk 32gb usb drive, it was supposed to be on sale for $12-$13. When I took it up to the counter it rang up for around $30.00. Needless to say, I didn't purchase the item.nnI went to Walmart that same evening, bought the same brand, Scan Disk usb drive with 64gb, double the size for $7.88. I could have bought 3 of the 64gb usb drives from Walmart, for the price off one 32gb usb of the same brand at CVS. So, if you shop at CVS just be sure to watch the prices.

Awesome place for pharmaceuticals & beauty supplies but a bit expensive for everything else lol. Still has good choices for lots of stuff though ud83dude01

The Pharmacy is a joke. They never call or text when the prescription is filled. If for some reason there is an issue they do not let you know. This happens on a regular basis. Half of their staff just quit and went to work for a competitor in town.nnI just left there without my prescription because they forgot to fill it. I dropped it off 24 hours ago and they forgot to fill it. That’s who they are!

Worst pharmacy in the world! They will judge you for what your doctor prescribes for you and tell you different information every time you speak to them, then lie about it later. DO NOT GO HERE - Make the drive anywhere else!
