When I contacted Shingle Star, they were quick to respond. Gabe came to my house, checked the damage from the storm and explained their services. When the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage, Gabe was there to answer any questions. The new shingles and gutters look fantastic. Shingle Star has been there for any problems, answering my questions and providing information to the insurance company. They were always professional and stayed within the budget. Thank you Shingle Star for a job well done. I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing your services!
I used Shingle Star to repair/replace my roof damaged by the August derecho. They were able to come up and inspect the roof within a couple days of my contacting them. They made their estimate and contacted my insurance company to include items missed in the initial inspection by the insurance company. The work was completed in a timely manner considering the shortened daylight hours. I am very pleased with the quality of their workmanship and in the cleanliness of my yard when they had completed the roof. I would definitely use Shingle Star again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.
