You need to get the right crew to do your job. The crew that did my house were very unprofessional. I don't believe that they knew their job very well, or didn't care, and I was very disappointed in them. My contact person done what they could do to help the situation, and I appreciated that.
Great company to work with. Very fast, and professional.
I had my mother specifically call this company for an estimate to get our roof fixed. They failed to call or show. I sent them an email with an alternative date. Guess what? No call no show again.
Thought they came up with a great idea for solving our roofing problem but then took 9 months to show up. When they finally did, they did not install the type of roof that was agreed upon. Got some discount but not the product we wanted. It’s holding up so far and guaranteed but still, very unprofessional. Sad he has to give himself a five star rating.
Other Companies can have there friends give us a one star rating but we are a little more professional than that and our reputation speaks for itself so feel free to ask around to friends and neighbors and local lumberyards.nAll of the one star reviews where posted the same day and I went back to all of my calls through a answering Service I hire and none of them called us.
