Inexpensive, rooms are nice for the money. They except large dogs, that's great! My room key didn't work, manager switched room with no problem. Service is fast and reliable.
Pulled in after a long day on the road. Found that all 1st floor rooms being remodeled. Only 2nd level rooms available! Who does this?nWife had knees replaced and we had a lot to carry into the room - Not happening!nTo make matters worse, they only have 2 rooms that they would allow us to use as we have a small, 12 lb, registered, service dog. Those rooms were only set up with 2 double beds. No queen bed. What?nThen to top it off they wanted FULL price! They were obviously not busy.nStayed at the near by Ramada Inn. It was $15 less and had hot breakfast included!nThe only good thing I can say about this Best Western is they had a lot of parking for our truck & trailer.
Cleanest hotel I have EVER stayed in!! Very friendly staff and great breakfast. My 3 day stay was for work, but when I return to Tuscaloosa for any reason, I will be staying here and highly recommend Best Western University Inn!!
The beds were comfy, but you might want to take your own pillow. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. The staff was very nice.
Good Rooms, Good Complimentary Breakfast and walking distance to O'Charleys..who also do Curbside Pick-up for to go orders..enjoy your stay at Best Western.. I Did!!
