This was not the most pleasant experience. It's gets a 2 star for the entertainment and kindness of the front desk lady. She was a riot but not tech savvy. But as far as the room goes. Terrible. If it wasn't for us needing a place to stay and everything else being sold out we would have kept driving. It was a place to sleep if you could go to sleep. Lucky I was so tired nothing mattered at that point. At least the bed sheets were clean. The tub turned into a pool within the first 30 seconds of the shower and the shower barely worked. We wanted to leave so bad we got up extra Earle and rolled out. So if you stay there, make sure you carry, have a life preserver for the shower and don't walk around barefooted.
Have been staying at this hotel every week on Tuesday nights. Well priced and very friendly staff and management. Food places close enough to walk to. Beds are comfortable and rooms well maintained.
If I could give a negative 5 , I would! Horrible customer service at the front desk and was even given a room that wasnt cleaned ! Only good thing is they gave me a refund! The rooms are extremely over priced for little to no quality ! I wouldn't even let my animal stay stay at this place !
Loved the outdoor design of the lodge! Also like that the Lodge was conveniently located right behind Wendy’s. Thanks!
