Great place to stay. Makes you feel really welcomed. Room equipped with everything we needed except shower caps but we made due. We will stay here going forward when visiting my Son who is in his last year at the University and even thereafter. Thank you for great customer service and such comfortable room. Until next time. I was very impressed with this hotel, just to have stayed there one night, but did not want to leave. I just wanted to move in. The the shower there is so big it's awesome. And you basically have everything already in the room like pots pans plates and flatware. Everything u while being away from home. Home away from home. I will definitely go back there anytime.
We stayed here twice, first time in a room with king size bed the second time with double beds. Both rooms were very clean and a good size. The Buffalo Wild Wings was very convenient when we arrived at the hotel in the evening. We placed ordered and walked from hotel to pick up order. The staff were friendly.nnWe found the side in the back on the weekday quieter versus having a room in the front on a Saturday evening.nnWe did pack our own breakfast. We did call the hotel ahead of our trip to confirm that a grab-n-go was available at the moment which did include coffee.
Suite rooms were clean and big. Beds were comfortable but the outside highway noise can easily be heard inside the room.
Unfriendly staff and not helpful. Asked for a simple receipt of stay and front desk agent rolled her eyes, threw her hands in the air and body language was just poor. As a customer, I expect better service.
