I travel for a living so I stay in dozens of places every year. The staff was very kind, very helpful and very professional.nnThe rooms were clean.nnThere were an awful lot of people coming and going, more so than at other places because it is an extended stay place.nnThe building stank really bad, perhaps because people were cooking?nnIn our room, and this might not apply to every room, I was not able to take a shower because the water did not heat up. The fan in the bathroom did not work.nnIf you're going to pay $80 for a room I guess this is what you expect in a big city.
The room was very nice and clean, I stayed at the Madison Alabama location... I only wish they had softer chairs in the room! 3.11.2021
The bed was like sleeping on the floor. It is more like a cot rather than a bed with a box spring. There is no furniture other than one small dresser that the tv sits on, the floors are concrete with cheap laminate covering them. The air conditioner doesn’t work. There isn’t any hot water and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The bedding was from the 1970’s. The only lighting in the room came from only 3 can lights, there isn’t any lamps.
You get what you pay for!! It might be called a Suite but there's no coffee pot, dishes, silverware or anything but empty drawers. There is kitchen equipment in the room but that's it. One little bar of soap in the shower and one little bar at the kitchen sink. No shampoo, no conditioner or anything else. Not even a lamp in the room much less a comfortable chair. The only chairs in the rooms are two plastic chairs that sit at the little table next to the stove. The employees were the nicest thing about the visit.
POOR QUALITY!!! No carpeting on floor in room, ONLY full size bed and only one in room, no end table lights, ugly room, I wish we did not stay here!!! Very dis appointed.
