I've only stayed here once, for 2 nights in a row. I had the Jacuzzi Suite and it was awesome. A little high on the prices.... But the Jacuzzi Suite is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!
Clean. Well equipped with all of the guests' needs. Outlets and USB connections. Did I mention clean? Ample parking and accommodating for vehicles and trailers. I will scope out Red Roof Inns.
Got stuck here due to a snow storm. At check in the computer was down so they couldn’t take any cards. We didn’t have cash so we had to make our way to the nearest atm. The room was very small. The bed was extremely hard and our tv didn’t work. We called the front desk and they said someone would come fix it. That never happened. We would not have stayed here if the weather and roads had not been so bad. Would not recommend.
Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Hartselle.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. Owners were planting and beautifying the landscape. Rooms looked updated and included mini fridge with small microwave. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. We will definitely be back. Jennifer Sims
