I just want to say for the 3 weeks I have been in-between homes during this housing crisis in Huntsville has left me with giving this property a 5 star review and saying that this Radisson property has been one of the best Suites I have visited in a very long time. Phoebe, Meagan, Cindy, Quincy, Marti, and the girls are some of the hardest working people I've seen making this property exceptional! Oh and the customer service was excellent. Highly suggest you visit and take care of the staff while you're at it please. They deserve it!!!

The hotel was clean the staff was fantastic and handled any and every situation we had immediately.Meghan at the front desk was amazing I asked how to sign up for the rewards program and she did it for me. Definitely the best place I’ve stayed. Highly recommend

When we arrived. Our room had urine in the toilet. It made it look like the room had not been cleaned. There was also a penny on the floor. How did housekeeping miss that? I reported the urine to the front desk and they wrote it down. I have no idea if anyone checked into it. I asked about it the next day at checkout and the lady at the front desk assured me someone would look into it. I was fine with that response until she asked me to not leave a bad review. She also said they would have helped me out in some way with regard to the reservation but could not because I booked through a third party. I was not looking for a free stay. I just wanted the management to know that their rooms are not as clean as they should be. This is not a good thing right now due to COVID. We will not be staying here again and will be telling our friends and family about it, too.

My husband and I stayed there for an overnight visit for my birthday on 1/19/21. The room was nice but they could invest in air fresheners to make the room's smell better. The customer service was so welcoming. Ms. Phoebe and Mr. Quincy were very kind and helpful. They both had very great personalities and that made all the difference.
