I'm just a delivery driver but I felt like I need to say something. The place looks like it's falling apart and feels like you're going to get robbed just by walking through the hallway (which is definitely possible because the halls are dimly lit and a door that supposedly required a keycard could be opened without one).
I am a traveling union member read this.nnStaff needs some improvement in the customer service area. (Nightshift) They clean your room once a week which is understandable with covid and all. When my roommate and I returned from work after they had cleaned our room looked like it had been gone through and my roommate was missing a phone charger and there was a bloody feminine product in the toilet. When we notified the front desk about the situation, we were told that there was no possible way there could have been a used feminine product in the toilet.(I have three daughters and a wife I know what I saw) there were drawers open like someone was looking through them and I know this seems silly but my bag of beef jerky was open like someone needed a snack. We were told that they're looking for the charger..... It was stolen and the lady working nights knows it....
