I absolutely LOVE red roofs bonus free pet stays. This one was exceptionally nice and clean I just wish they had informed me of how sensitive the smoke detector was. When I blew out my candle it went off ud83dude12ud83dude11, maybe it was to close to it but still would have been a nice heads up, oh and the t.v. just stopped working, other than that this stay was exceptional and the young lady I met on night staff checking in Melissa I believe was a pure joy
Super hot water and awesome water pressure. Clean room, would stay here again. Not all Red Roof Inns have been that nice, but this was a good deal for a place with our pup.
The rooms were clean and well equipped (towels/washclothes, pillows, soaps, coffee, outlets and USB connections!). Ample parking, as we had a vehicle and a trailer. They allowed us to park across a few spaces. We will look for Red Roof Inns to spend our money at! A five star may have been given had the young man behind the desk been a bit more attentive to the guests' at the desk. With time and training he will be up to par. The woman who was just leaving was very personable and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!
The room was okay clean the Personnel were nice but I can't figure out why they took the facial napkins (Kleenex ) out of the rooms because of Co Vid-19. Do they believe people that travel don't use these items. This made no sense to me am I wrong. We have been traveling over a week and have never seen this in any other lodgings. Phill
There was partying goi,g on in the back parking lot. Guy tried to pick a fight that was,drunk. I received 5 phone calls after,checking in from the front desk,on my cell phone asking if,there was belongings in the room from previous tenants. Then asked,if the guy could go in while we were try8ng to eat dinner as,a,family to look for,stuff. Then asked after i said no cause,it would be against the 4th amendment rights for them to do,that when we were not,present. We get back and,our,room keys had been cancelled making us go to office to take care of the issue. Then the lady calls the guy and says yes they are here you can come look in our room and we,see stuff thats been put in our room after we left. The lady issued the room to us both and i felt like they were doing something behind our backs but was a mistake on the recptionist part.
