We have been staying there for 41/2 weeks my husband is in Alabama for his job we go to check in today and the manager said we couldn't check in because his name wasn't the same on the card,, his office managers she is the one who books all of the rooms for the business trips so it won't be the same he was very rude didn't even try and find out he said the other guy that had been checking us in was wrong and he didn't do anything right. The elderly man was much nicer than the manager so I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to Quality Inn across the parking lot those people are great.
The room was pricey for what it was, and the non smoking room had burn holes in the blankets with sketchy looking sheets. I stayed one night and spent the following two at the Best Western plus across the street.
Very clean and the staff was very courteous. Highly recommend it.
I read a review about the pillows being small. They were small alright. My husband said they were really thick couch pillows. The gentleman working this morning was very helpful and nice.
a whole lot of open parking spaces to be all sold out, sounds to me like someone doesnt like doing their job
