TV did not work, shower handle leaking badly, coffee maker not clean but close to airport and price was fair. It was quiet. My room was dated and needs updating. Staff was very nice and hotel location very convenient to restaurants, etc. I would give them another try if in area.
Horrible customer service last night. Room was nasty. Had only God knows what on the walls, the cleaning crew definitely doesn't do a thorough job. The shower looked like the shower head was going to fall out of the wall, only good thing I can say is the gentleman that checked me out this morning was very nice. This hotel is absolutely nothing like it shows online. It's very very run down and not taken care of.
Everyone was super nice the gentleman at the desk was fantastic and very pleasant. The housekeeping couple was also great our heat didn't work in the first room so they went to get another room key so we could get in our room. The room was nice and clean beds very comfortable would recommend this place.
Terrible experience and very unsafe!!! Left before gaining access to room (kept being given keys that wouldn’t work), travelers were coming out of the rooms yelling and cursing at the staff and us, and that brought out other travelers (or possibly long term residents) that were clearly under the influence of drugs and followed us around. We felt so unsafe we decided not to stay and the owner refused to refund our money even though we never even gained access to our room. Be wary!!!
The lady at the front desk was pleasant enough. But the shower was gross and had black mold around the edges of the tub. Also, the desk chair was disgusting. I would recommend spending a little more and stay somewhere cleaner. See photos.
