Brett Duffy and his team did a great job right from start to finish. Ours was a tall three family house on a tight street in Jamaica Plain. Their team was very good with explaining the scope of the work. The communication and scheduling was timely. They kept us updated on how the job is going. The work area was nicely cleaned and they talked to our neighbors too to ensure their property was protected during the roof replacement. Great job overall! Highly recommend.

Duffy did a great job on my roof in 2013. In 2020 several shingles blew off. I emailed Duffy on Sunday and Monday morning I was called right back to get it taken care of. No paperwork, no haggling, they just got it done. This type of loyalty and responsiveness speaks volumes to me as a customer and I will ALWAYS recommend Duffy first to my friends and family. Highly recommend.
Mr. Brett Duffy quickly responded to our online request for a quote. He spent time detailing the work to be done, information about materials and there was no pressure for a decision. The contract covered all aspects of the work, crew arrived on time, were extremely careful of garden plantings and our driveway, made sure we safely exited/reentered our house with our dogs. Mr. Duffy was at the job site from start to finish. We would highly recommend Duffy Roofing and have already done so to neighbors.
Brett Duffy and his crew did an excellent job in repairing and replacing an existing rubber roof and damaged flashing. Brett provided photos of what needed to be repaired and also photos after the job was complete. They were efficient and time sensitive as well as leaving the area immaculate. I would highly recommend Duffy Roofing.
