Marlo is Amazing. a different worker is unpredictable and unprofessional
Just another place that reinforces negative stereotypes. Stayed here only one night. BELIEVE the people who are warning you in these reviews to stay away. Only stayed here because of driver fatigue, didn’t want to stay in the car, and the other places nearby were all booked. Broken doors, bugs, and staffers WILL get angry if you ever point anything out that needs attention as if YOU are the one who did it. It’s not complaining if I walk into a room and there’s a large spider hanging from the ceiling eating another larger insect and I request another room. The staff walked into the room and knocked the spider down and said, “it’s okay” and got angry that I asked for another room. My concern was HOW it got in the room and the fact that there were more in the bathroom behind the toilet and beside the tub; you know, common areas where a broom would go, which indicates poor housekeeping.
Management is quite pleasant home from home
The room had bed bugs. The trashcan was filthy. The room floor was soaking wet. They had roaches in the drawers and fridge. Then they had the nerve to charge almost $50 for one night. They shouldn't be allowed to operate at all. They didn't have any breakfast and I couldn't find the staff at all. But the pool was pretty cool and well kept. They wouldn't refund my money at all. I was disgusted by all of it......except the POOL
