The room was below the standard of Hilton. Towel leaked, closet door would not close. Lamp by the bed worked half the time. The most upsetting was the breakfast, not only not a hot breakfast, not even a Continental breakfast. In fact if you want a breakfast, it comes in a box and you got to pay $5.99. They ought to reduce the room right here to $59 a night. Except no amenities.
After 12 hours driving it was a welcome site. Very clean,the staff was very kind and helpful. NO complaints about the room. Nice small restaurant and bar area, great food. We definitely will stay there again.
The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and they even seal off the rooms after cleaning for COVID. I have zero complaints!
Tub didn't drain properly. Toilet leaked. Closest doors would not open and shut properly due to breakage. Coffee was terrible.
Don't provide a free breakfast even though they are one of the most expensive rooms we had to choose from
