When we left the Adam's pub my girlfriend and myself were very satisfied we both very much enjoyed our meals the staff was very efficient and friendly the cooks were fabulous I must say this is a hidden gem if I ever saw one. Very well portioned meals at a good price. The hotel room was very comfy cozy plenty of space bed was quite comfortable and the room itself was extremely clean. You can tell the staff at the Best Western Adam's Inn all take pride in their work and do their jobs with professionalism not to mention very helpful if ever having a question about anything that has to do with the hotel or in the area. Will be back!
We have stayed at this location a few times. The staff was awesome. The rooms were very inviting. We had take out from the restaurant on sight and the food was great. Just a shout out to the super staff members we met while we stayed here. Paul went out of his way each and every time we had a request for anything, it felt like home. He and his team are Rockstars. Best Western is lucky to have them. Will definitely will stay here again when we are in Boston.
Front desk people are great and so helpful. Chatted a while with us each day. Stayed professional and very kind. The rooms are nice and big. Water view is beautiful. Close to everything you would need and more. We enjoyed the stay and will be going back again. My experience was better here than at a 4.5 start hotel in Boston.
No microwave, only 3 channels on tv, hallway stinks. 1 towel in a room with two beds. The only reason for two stars is because there is a restaurant in the hotel and great location.
The staff is excellent!! My review isn't really fair because they were under minor construction and we're in the middle of a pandemic so the staff is limited. My room was great except the AC didn't work well, the shower was stuck and cold and the toilet was tiny and loose. I kept the room because I didn't want to switch rooms, again, the first room was waay too small and uncomfortable. For the times, the breakfast was better than most(water, granola bar, microwavable sandwich and maybe a muffin). And last but not least., on my last night I was visited by 2 mice. They were cute but they didn't pay their cable bill.nAll in all, I think under different circumstances this place would've been a 10. I just caught a bad week. It happens. I'll go back, it wasn't the worst experience I've Ever had at a hotel.
