They did as well as they could, with all the remodeling construction going on. That means it will be a fresh, new hotel for everyone in the near future. (But we did get a newly remodeled suite, very nice.). Only drawback was the massive amount of construction equipment in and around the property.
Stayed here in Aug 2020 because a tree branch came through our roof so insurance paid for us to stay here during repairs. The staff was awesome and the rooms are great. Lol wish I could stay here year round I love the place.
A bit smaller than 2 bedroom suites I am use to staying in with marriott. They are also currently doing renovations so the place is not so easy on the eye.
We checked in with Alicia who was the rudest hotel employee I have ever met. All we wanted to do was check in and she was just extremely rude. She also did not seem to know how to use the computer either. She said she was the manager, Marriott can and SHOULD do so much better. Everyone else we spoke with was lovely though.
Nice size room, like the kichenit.
