This is a decent hotel. It's close to most of the restaurants in the area, but it's a little run down. The staff, the ones I've interacted with, have been really nice and accommodating.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great! The rate was very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again.
Great experience. They gave us an upgrade. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd stay and that's our hotel in Columbus.
We wanted a room with a hot tub, paid extra. Paid for it, hot tub was not clean and didn’t work! The king bed was hard as a rock. The room was unclean and outdated. We left after a few hours, could not sleep on the bed. When we explained why we were leaving, staff acted like they could careless. This was our 15th anniversary. I didn’t get what I paid for! I will never stay at a Hilton again!!!!
I have never been disappointed when I stay at Hampton inn. Friendly and welcoming receptionist. When I plan a trip I always check to see if a hampton inn is going to be there.
