Not happy at all. We was told we could check in after 1:30 pm. Got there after 2:00pm. Didn't get in to our room until 5:30pm. Had two rooms reservations , handicap for my parents in there eighty's In. Dad is 85 walks with a cane. My mom is 83 and walks with a walker. Was there room was ready , but was told it had to double beds only had one and a couch that pulled out in to a bed ,they expected to pull that bed out to sleep on. So daddy just sleep on the couch it self. Our room was supposed to a king bedroom no two double beds. I was told when I call the Double Tree Hilton Hotel to make the reservation's that each room with taxes included would only be $201.42 each. Well parents room was that price ,my room was $251.00. Don't understand why. When checked out asked if they could send me my receipt by email and I said yes want do that again. As of today no email yet. We checked in on the first and checked out on the third of April ,2021.nWill not stay there again or in a Hilton Hotel probably again.
DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I checked in the first night and the room they gave us had stains on the carpet, curtains, bedding, the bed. There was dirt all over the furniture. It was absolutely disgusting. The whole hotel looks like it is falling apart. This is not what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel. The pictures they show online look nothing like what the hotel looks like in person.
Everything was great. Would have given 5 stars, but upon leaving, the housekeeper said my family and I jacked up the room. The day before I asked the same housekeeper for towels. She tells me she didn't have any with her. She didn't offer to bring us any. I found another housekeeper, she brought us some, with a smile, and she was generously tipped. I think a Customer Service and Hospiality class should be mandatory before hiring.
Super clean. Great hospitality and the cookies are to die for. Theres a restaurant conveniently located downstairs with good food and an outdoor sitting area around a fire.. eat or just get drinks.
Hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Everything is very old. There was tons of noise from other guests to include people in the pool at 10-11pm, which isn’t a big deal but its not sound proofed at all so you can hear them yelling and sleep was not happening. Not one channel on my TV worked. It was very distorted a d couldn’t watch anything. The breakfast spot inside never opened on time so I had to go find food somewhere else to be on time when I should have been able to eat at their restaurant for free. For the price it was a big let down and not what Hilton typically provides. I won’t be staying here ever again.
