Beautiful hotel. Checked in late after being on the road all day. The staff was super friendly and even greeted my kids, noting their favorite sleep stuffed animals they brought with them, making my kids feel at home and welcome. The rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable, and inviting. I had everything I needed. We slept so comfortably and enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning, again, greeted by friendly staff. Love this place for sure!

Most unprofessional business in town. We rented the party room and paid in full a week before. We used the nice but very small room and worked around stacks and stacks of unnecessary chairs. We cleaned within our time and even took the trash out. The lady at the front desk said it looked great. After two weeks we still had not been returned our refundable deposit. After a call to the manager I was assured we would receive our refund to the original account used to pay within 3 to 5 business days. After five days no refund was returned or even pending. Three more calls to the hotel and not once was the manager even there to take the call and never did he return any of the calls. I wish I had gone with the more expensive hotel party room just so I would have been treated better.

The only good things I can say about this hotel is the bed was soft and the woman at the front desk was really nice. The room was small, no fridge, no microwave, no plug next to the bed. Had to charge my phone across the room. One of my hand towels had little black hairs in it and one of the body towels had a hard red stain on it. They had an ice machine but no ice bucket. No coffee pot or cups. Just a really big disappointment. I will definitely stay at a different hotel next time I'm in Columbus, Ga.

Our new go-to spot when we're in town. The room was spotless, the staff was courteous. We spent a beautiful Valentine's day night.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Front desk staff was so helpful and wonderful.
