My stay was wonderful here at this hotel!! Ms. April fixed me a cup of coffee in the morning and Mr. Matt helped me in a timely manner with a maintenance issue! Thank you all so much! I will definitely be staying here again and will be telling my friends!!
It was a crack hotel. The room was dirt but if your looking to score this is the place. Just ask Curtis at the front desk he can direct you to what you need except a clean room or respectful service.
The check-in signage was incorrect for after hours watching. The sign on the in-house phone said to dial 500 but that number didn't work. I tried another number on the sign with the house phone and it didn't go through. I finally had to call on my own cell phone and got someone to check me in. When I got to the room I couldn't open my door because the rubber threshold had a wrinkle in it making it difficult to open and close. When I turned on the light in the bathroom roaches ran into the cracks. When I opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink roaches went running. The floor was sticky and my feet were black from walking on it. Air conditioner left a puddle of condensation on the floor. This room was no bargain and it definitely would have been better to pay an extra 20 bucks somewhere else for a nicer experience. I used to work in hotels. What has happened to the cleanliness standards in this country? I'm truly not a complainer but folks have had plenty of time during this pandemic to clean up. Where are the regional managers? Why can't they roll up their sleeves and pitch in?
Decent rooms, noisy neighbors, good parking, good staff... decent prices, you get what you pay for!
Please dont stay here this place has the worst service to man kind all the staff except for the manger is rude and slow the rooms are awful!!!! Employee Lakeisha it's especially very rude and nasty.
