Friendly staff. Very pleasant area. Bathroom in the room had spots on the door, hair on the floor and everywhere in the shower. Plenty of evidence that the room was not thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest. It made my wife very uncomfortable to stay there. Outside of that we did enjoy our stay in Columbus. We simply will only stay in hotels we know make sure the rooms are cleaned. We did bring our concern to the attention of management. The expressed a sincere apology and someone did attempt to clean during our stay, however there was still hair in the bathroom after the attempt to clean. We won't stay with that hotel brand again in the future.
The night shift employee, don't remember her name, was very kind at check-in & made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately they couldn'tnprovide ANY extra pillows (sleeper sofa only came with one) so had to give the kids our pillows off the bed & 2 of our kids had to share a pillow. We stayed two nights, so our 4 young kids used the pool 2-3 times. A couple of employees made us feel like we were unwelcomed nuisances & they had attitudes about us just needing to exchange used towels for fresh ones (even though we took the used towels down ourselves). However, facility was clean & hotel has a lot of potential but some of the staff definitely needs more training in hospitality & customer service.
Not one of the cheapest hotels in the area.nEvery day I have to ask them to clean my room, otherwise they do not clean, do not change towels. Definitely not a good service .nIf you are looking for a hotel keep looking for another place
This was a nice hotel, but could have been nicer for the price they charge.
The Night time supervisor who handle our check-in/meet & greet was a sweetheart, I'm mad I can't remember her name to give her a S/O, because beside that this hotel was horrible. Our T.V and phone didn't work the whole time we was there. After complaining and one failed attempt to fix, still NOTHING. Complementary coffee and hot water was cold, due to staff not keeping up with the area. All wrap/bag snacks was in low supply, it look like nothing, ever gets replenish. When we finally check out, my sister was hopeful that the manager would rectify, BUT she/he told the employee, they WOULDN'T accommodate in anyway. I don't like wasting money or not being provided the best hospitality/customer service. This establishment will NEVER get my business again or thumbs up to go there!!!
