Very clean, check in was easy. Handicap accessible, military discount honored, friendly staff & very well lit parking lot. Very easy find & convenient location to everything to include the base. I would recommend this hotel & would stay there again.
Ms.Donna Has to be one of the worst employees here! She definitely made it cleared to me that she doesn't care about her guests. I stayed here for a Fort Benning graduation and had my family come see me the night before. Ms.Donna decided that it was appropriate to threaten us with the police because there was to many family members in the room (7). I will never come back to this location again!
Do NOT stay at this location. We had a lady bug infestation. We changed rooms and had the same issue. Apparently they are in their vents and no one felt the need to warn us before we checked in. When we asked for a refund because of our miserable stay with the bugs, they did not give it to us. They said lady bugs are harmless which is true, but it’s still bugs and no one wants to sleep with any kind. Especially that many. Gross.
My husband and I had wonderful stay. It was clean and the service was excellent
After booking.com completely messed up my reservation, the front desk and manager did everything to remedy the situation. Both women were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable, and we'll maintained. The 3rd floor outdoor puppy area was appreciated by my fur babies. Only downside was breakfast - unfortunately COVID cut the kitchen staff so the once hot eggs and bacon breakfast is now replaced by a honeybun and a muffin. Even so, this hotel is better than any other in the area. The beds are comfy, the pillows are fluffy, the sheets are soft, the bathroom is stocked and clean. 5 stars. Will return.
