Front desk people are awesome here. Ive been here twice to see my husband which is at Fort benning and they've been nothing but nice. I actually had scheduled two rooms by accident, one through a third party and cancelled it, which in fact did not cancel. They didn't make a hassle about it and just canceled it for me. Rooms are spacious and clean
This hotel is so perfect for safety in this pandemic. We truly appreciated being able to check in on our phone, avoid the lobby by entering through the end door on our phone, having a first floor room so we didn't have to enter the elevator, and using our phone for the room key. It was truly contact-less lodging. And they had breakfast choices beyond the standard bagged items, i.e., boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. But the best part was the kind attention to our issues by managers Jennifer and Emily, due to our need for social distancing because of my kidney transplant and taking immune suppressive drugs. Jennifer told us they could bring our breakfast to us so we didn't have to enter the breakfast area, and Emily delivered it. We could not have been happier. We also appreciated that the desk in the king room did not have the board on the end, so that we could see the TV while getting ready.
Extremely friendly staff who accommodate special requests with a smile (at least you believe it’s a smile behind the mask). Room was spotless. Highly recommend
Wonderful place to stay! Rooms are always clean, the staff is always nice, we look forward to coming back whenever we visit our daughter and her family stationed at Fort Benning.
The best stay...very clean and comfortable....the only hotel that I have felt comfortable in since the Pandemic!!!
