The staff for the front desk is rude as well as the management. They have no ethics when it comes to customer service.
First I booked my room with Expedia and the room that I books online when I got there the room that the the desk clerk put me in was not what it was supposed to be in the room smell like dog it had it was horrible I waited for approximately 20 minutes calling the 500 number for somebody to come wait on me at the front desk to check in to be put in the wrong room in a room that made you want to throw up definitely do not represent recommend this to anyone
