My first experience today was great they were quick and on time with a friendly staff. They securely came out and took the time to highly explain all my meds and I love that out was close to home in all this holiday traffic after seeing the doctor . Thanks for the good job.

Today was another great interaction first they contacted me by phone to let me know my medicine was ready for pickup and explained the drive through no wait no BS about insurance they had it all on file. The chemical make up of the medication is great the brands are well known however im not sure of generic or name brand uses. Staff again was very friendly helpful professional they remembered my name. If you reside in phenix city area do not go to walgreens or CVS or any other place give Jones Drugs a try by far the best.nnSimply the best! Phenix city Alabama store thennstaff is very very friendly helpful and very informative as well as professional. Compared to walgreens and CVS I choose Jones Drugs quick service friendly staff home grown in Alabama by resident born and raised in Alabama for the citizens of Alabama just a frist class store.

I have been a client since day 1 of opening . They have always been on time , extremely knowledgeable , super friendly . And did not have to wait for my transfer on medications they did everything quickly and accurately and we didn't have a far drive ! Very reasonable prices , ALWAYS call me back quick like and in a hurry I definitely reccomend this pharmacy the staff is amazingly awesome. the staff feel like friends they even have a drive thru that is a extra plus !!!!
