Reviews
As of using the store part for shopping is excellent. But as for the pharmacy the pharmacists are excellent. But there is one cashier in the pharmacy who lies to customers about how soon they can fill certain prescriptions!! I think it is wrong that this cashier has the audacity to manipulate people's lives. But the higher ups keeps letting her get away with it or they just don't know or just don't care!!!!! So beware!!!!!
I dropped off a prescription Thursday and still haven’t been able to get it. No help from anyone. I am past frustrated. This will be the last time we use this pharmacy. If you can’t get a prescription filled, what good are you.
Can't get anyone to answer the phone to check on a prescription. Called twice' on hold for over 35 minutes. Was told I was one caller out. That one caller must be mighty long winded for both of my calls. Wonder how corporate will feel?
They are always out of stock of my medication. It's happened several times over the last few months and I'm really tired of it. Go somewhere else if you can. We've had problems with the staff in the past too.
It's very frustrating that no one can be reached on the phone to ask if a product is in stock at this location. Calls are screened by a robot, making it impossible to speak to someone in customer service.
