The pharmacy take a long time to prepare an RX & there doesn't seem to be enough staff, I have waited 45 minutes because there was a line & even though it was supposed to be filled, there was a delay with the RX. I am switching pharmacies.
Excellent customer service and we were pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and attitude towards resolving our problem.
The five stars are for the pharmacy. They are extremely friendly, professional & helpful, & the pharmacist on duty always takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I do not understand the negative reviews here. I have gotten my prescriptions from here for the last 6 months and have never had an issue, and I am one tough customer! Keep up the great work, ladies and gentlemen of the Hancock Walgreens!
Sometimes great, sometimes the worst pharmacy I've been to... Wouldn't recommend
Very convenient location. Usually have most items I need in stock. They also have a FedEx shipping which is very convenient. I only wish they were open 24 hours and that they had more food and drink items available. Staff is usually friendly.
