This place used to be awesome. Over the past year it has continued to decline. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they don't seem to want to. There are a couple of staff who are not customer friendly. When I get them they make you think you are interrupting them and they don't appreciate it. When you call to ask about an RX, the first answer is 'your doctor did not sent it'. When I ask them to look in the computer it is magically found. Some customer service training and some system training might fix the ongoing issues. I don't like the thought of going to a national chain, but Walgreens is right next door. Every time I set in the drive through at Cross Lanes Family Pharmacy see the Walgreens sign and think, 'is it time to change because it is not worth the headache anymore to support the local business'.

I'll agree with another review that not all of the staff are very friendly and treat you like a burden more than a customer or a human.

The Best Pharmacy by far in the State...Family owned and operated by the nicest people on the planet. They are caring and understanding. Very nice and clean,great prescription drug prices.Try them out,you will love them.

This is absolutely the greatest pharmacy I have ever used. All the employees are super nice and are very knowledgeable.
