The hotel is awesome. Rooms exceptionally clean. Breakfast very good and plentiful.nBut the best part of our stay was Isaiah. He was very pleasant on the phone he was even better in person. We had 6 adults and 5 children we needed 4 rooms. He made sure we had the rooms we needed.nHe went above and beyond not just got us but all his guest.nHe showed us places to go shop, eat. He even makes exceptional cookies.nThanks again Isaiah!! Your the best!!!!
Staff was warm and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep my sodas and water cold. That is an amenity most hotels have nowadays.
Excellent customer service, from the front desk to those overseeing the breakfast area the next morning. This is my second time to stop at this location, and both times I have received excellent service, and a very friendly atmosphere. Outstanding place to stay!
Nice clean room. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. I was on the 5th floor and had no problem at all getting hot water for the shower. The only downfall I had was this was the first Hampton Inn I have been in that didn't have microwave or a mini fridge. But other than that I give it 5 stars
The staff was wonderful. Helped me a lot. Shout out to Karen that went out of her way to help me. Managers and staff very helpful and caring people. I will definitely stay there again.
