My husband and I were dislocated from our home due to flooding. We stayed here for 21 days. All staff were exceptional- professional, efficient, met all our needs as requested, excellent breakfast bar.nRachel, Alyssa, Sara, Sam, Lynn, Jenny, Erica, Jennifer, Janet, Susan, Carol, and Debbie all went above and beyond the call of duty to make us at home in a difficult time of our lives.
Super great, very friendly professionals. Booked 2 handicapped rooms. upon arrival found that it was only 1 queen bed per room, I needed 2 double beds per room, they quickly made the changes for us with no hassle. We noticed in our new rooms that it had an ajoining room, so I asked if we could change one room to the adjoined room. They happily did this for us. All the room we have seen are very clean and have been remodeled recently. The beds are also on the newer side too. Very comfortable! There is a nice family restaurant next to the hotel. Also if you are a smoker, there is a nice covered gazebo for the smokers. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Check-in was easy. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, big shower, and there are both a microwave and fridge. Restaurant next door has good food.
Everyone at the hotel was super pleasant and kind, the room was very clean and inviting with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. They have popcorn and cookies in the lobby (safely packaged for COVID). There's free breakfast that a staff member will gather for you due to COVID. The little soaps and shampoos smell lovely.
Friendly service. Nice and clean place to stay close to Charleston.
