Walked down to the lobby and asked a different manager, male night manager told me to bring the used ones first and he will hand me the new ones. First of all, I AM NOT HOUSEKEEPING! I am a GUEST. Second of all, I asked for 2 additional towels because I have thicker hair and I use one for my body and one for my hair, I shouldn’t have to explain that. He provided me the towels and I thought the night was over. Wrong. The AC started malfunctioning in which the fan wasn’t providing any airflow. The woman in room 130 was yelling, beating on the wall, slamming her door over and over as well as slamming the drawers from midnight off and on all the way to 4am, arguing with her boyfriend. I could hear him pleading with her to please keep it down, she continues yelling as I cannot sleep. I report this to the front desk as well as the AC issue and the manager could care less never offered any type of resolution for the AC and hung up so quickly to address the noisy complaint. 30 minutes later the girl next door is yelling even louder being so obnoxious saying she hopes everyone hears her. Laying in bed with zero airflow, rock hard bed, screaming loudly! I didn’t get but 3 hours of sleep. When I awoke the next morning, I could hear her puking next door, I guess she was drunk. Moral of the story is: Management doesn’t care if you have any type of issue. You will be more comfortable sleeping in your car. If you feel this hotel is your only option you are wasting your money. Please pay more somewhere else or keep driving, this isn’t worth it. The management is heinous and they don’t care at all. If I don’t receive any type of accommodation or compensation for this heinous, atrocious experience I intend of continuing to push this to corporate and I will keep pushing as high as this takes me, call me a Karen I don’t care. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded in my entire life, not to mention I shouldn’t have to beg for extra towels, what the hell!

NO complaints about the staff I interacted with, they were great. However, I wasn't happy with the room, it is small I stayed in a standard room with a double queen bed. Also they are very strict about their towels. They will charge you $15.00 if you dirty/stain a towel. I had to dry my face with a shirt after using my facial cleanser out of fear to stain the towel with makeup. Also there isn't any convenient outlets in the room either so we had to take turns charging our electronics. The snack machine is downstairs and there was no ice in the machine during our stay. I would consider staying here again only because it is the closest to the Kickapoo Casino but the room wasn't what I expected for the price. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Could be better, need to improve quality control measures. The area is already scarce with hotels, 2 star hotels, so not much to choose from but I believe this hotel should have no problem for improvement. First time stay at the hotel, because of the name, so not sure if we will be staying there next time when we go to the casino...some TLC to this hotel can easily surpass the others in the area, something management can shoot for.
