Came to EAGLE PASS for work...nMario sales manager was able to connect all my online reservations into one.. my stay is for 2 months...nnManuel at the front desk was amazingnHe and Mario deserve the Medallion mention award without THERE HELP i would not hv been able to stay at this hotel.. and would hv been stuck at motel 6 down the streetnThank younMy room was clean and comfortable and modernnI do wish they had bigger refrigerators like the ones at the Marriott down the street then this place wd be the best of the bestnDue to my long stay I needed a bigger refrigerator
We have stayed 4 consecutive nights. We absolutely love this hotel. They are very friendly and courteous. Their office center made it easy for me to log in and print out my boarding pass. The rooms are immaculate. I recommend 100 percent
I honestly want to give them 5 stars as the crisp, clean modern room with all the hygiene amenities, quant little gym and kind staff were all appreciated. Just needs to work on bfast menu (which they said will return to a normal menu after Covid).
The room was immaculate. The staff was very helpful. The bed was so comfortable.
Spent 5 weeks here while in town for work. Clean rooms, friendly staff, adequate gym, lots of choices for breakfast. Bed bothered my back, but that's my only complaint.
