My wife and I had planned on driving from West Texas to the Casino near Eagle Pass and found that there were no vacancies. I called La Quinta and spoke to Lucy in the reservation department where she informed me that they are booked but that she would make some calls for any vacancies in the area. I appreciate Lucy going the extra mile for us and we will make it a point to stay at La Quinta next time we are in the area.

Because 0 isn't an option. This is a REALLY poor example of La Quinta Inns! The room was half way clean and the bathroom/shower was so disgusting. There was mold all around the bathroom shower and toilet and the shower knobs were broken. I would have to fire the room service worker. The water in the shower would go from scolding hot to freezing cold continuously during use. In order to get in contact with the front desk you have to actually go to the front desk as they do not answer the phones. Attitude really needs work from the employees.

Masks required in lobby, no breakfast and great staff. Got a small bottle of hand sanitizer with check in.nAll in all the room was not bad. It was clean, the bed was fully made and quite comfortable. My only problems stem from the fact I couldn't relax in a bath as the ENTIRE stopper assembly came out. It was already this way when I went to push it in. And the last thing was there was only decaf coffee, no regular anywhere to be seen in the room.nQuite minor items truly but still important when you're traveling.

motel was in bad need of an upgrade by Wyndham, exterior was very ugly, and the rooms needed to be upgraded, not a place I will stay the next time we go to Eagle Pass, will find another place to stay, we were not happy at all with the accommodations at this La Quinta. We have stayed at other La Quintas in other areas and were very happy. thank you

Very nice clean hotel. Beds were super comfortable. Only lacking a refrigerator and microwave.
