Towing 30ft TT wanting just a quick overnight stop. Gave a call a couple hundred miles out. Owner responded promptly and told us how to get in for late arrival 9pm. Landing pad is gravel but was very level. Hookups were modern and effective. Didn't need to unhitch. Right off I-10 very convenient. Traffic noise muffled very limited no problem. Owner came by in the morning and collected very friendly.
Park is new, no frills, but owners are friendly and accommodating. Our site was large and wonderfully level!! This was an overnight stop for us, but a nice one.
Do NOT confuse with HILLTOP which is excellent. HILLSIDE is new, bare landscape. No discount offered, banner says free coffee and breakfast no-one around while we were there, no sign of even a coffee pot. Paid $30. Spaces are very small. Is ok for overnight, since it does have full hookups.

Beautiful and clean. Big open spaces. Free laundry . Very peaceful for single lady
