Our first time to stay here, on our eastward travels. We've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Van Horn, our last several trips. While the HI is nice there, everything here is so much better. The rooms, the hotel, the town, everything. Easily worth the extra 1.5 hour drive. We'll be staying here from now on. The entire staff was welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and we felt refreshed and relaxed throughout our stay and upon departure.

Amazing customer service. Amazing Covid protocols. Wonderful customer service. Quiet rooms. Nice beds. Sealed doors, and the staff even gave me cereal and milk as I was too exhausted to go get food. Wonderful and safe parking. Easy check in and out. Masks on everyone.

Mask requirements are not being enforced at this location. Just a heads up if you are concerned about safety. As an active member this is the first Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at during the pandemic that allows all guests to serve themselves buffet style which is not safe. All other locations have had kitchen staff serve breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Not enough to give a 5 star.

Really great hotel! Spent less than 12 hours at the property on our way out to Arizona but was impressed from start to finish. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. They offered all the hilton toiletries (including mouthwash and body wash), which is rare in most Hamptons. The best part was the hot breakfast. So hard to find hotels that aren't just giving a muffin and juice in a paper bag. Not out this way often but I'd stay again without hesitation.

I was there on the 3/29/21. When we go there it was 10 pm and we were so hungry and there were no place to go to get something to eat. The staff didn't even have the odecity to offer us something to eat for the night. We got some potatoes chips from the machine. The hotel room was cleaned very small room and the queen size seems to be very small but it's new hotel. We stayed there because on the hotel information it stated a free breakfast and we were planning to leave early in the morning but they didn't have a breakfast for guests or even free water. I was very disappointed because some of the hotels are offering you a breakfast to go, it's not the best thing but it's better than nothing. The hotel location in the middle of nowhere and the area doesn't have any breakfast place to eat besides McDonalds.
