Nice hotel looks fairly new, clean rooms, easy to find but does NOT have free parking. I missed that when booking, I don't think I've paid for parking at a Fairfield property before so was surprised to see on my bill. Overall great experience but will take the parking prices into account next time I compare prices to other hotels in the area.
We stopped here during winter storm Uri. We arrived at about 10am and the associate was able to find us two rooms that needed to be cleaned. The rooms were ready by 11:30am. The rooms didn't seem like they were thoroughly cleaned. There was used soap in the shower and we only had one washcloth. I appreciate housekeeping get the room done in a hurry.
They charge $7 for parking!! Hotel looks new but housekeeping could do a lot better... hair on bathroom floor and in shower.
No water since I came back about 11 am. It's 12:30 now, trying to take a shower before going to work, can't, still no water. No signs anywhere, nothing in the lobby warning of a planned water heater exchange, there's a big difference in sudden water loss and something planned.
Joann the night manager decided she was going to lie about Texas law and not give me a room. I will be writing corporate. I didn’t record my encounter and they’ll probably delete any footage of me ever being there. But I just want Joann to know that I know she lied. I also checked local ordinance no law exist Joann.
