I have lived here for over a year its not a bad place to live. People keep to them selves an the Manager is awesome. Cheap an in a good school district.
Nasty looking park. A whole lot differand then when i lived there. But it looks like thete might be some new management there now so the future will tell the story.
The new owners have done an amazing job cleaning this place up and clearing out the dangerous, low life, drug addict pond scum that were causing so many problems for their neighbors. This place finally feels like a safe respectable community.
They evicted all of the drug addicts and trash. fix the roads clean the park up and have standards for new renters so it is a nice Community to live innThe people who left the bad reviews were the people that were evicted
This is home but needs some tlc and things taken care of..
