Check in was great/speedy. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Aside from the guy at check-in being the most stoic I've seen at a hotel, the stay was pretty average for a Hampton. This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in some time, especially considering COVID. I felt like I was in an extremely clean room. The way they bagged up breakfast treats to just grab and go was excellent. It wasn’t a big deal either to ask for a water bottle when my bag came with orange juice I didn’t care for.nI thought their coffee was pretty great, my husband is more picky and didn’t even try it but asked the manager on duty (Armando) and he sent him to an excellent coffee shop.nI will stay here next time I come through Lubbock!
I swear, Hilton buys special beds and they are the most comfortable in all their hotel lines.nnThis Hampton Inn was as expected. Check in was fast and safety precautions are in place due to COVID. Breakfast bag, although nothing special, is nice that they even offer it.
The staff is great! We will definitely come back.
