I recommend this place 100% super clean and the employees are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are fresh and they smell good. Ice machine on every floor. Fire pit in the front is very nice on a February night. Pool is outdoors the putting green is a nice touch to warm up the irons. Breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 am very good! Recycle bins on every floor. The water is very soft at this location. Excellent location Main event for the kids is at walking distance you have shopping a variety of restaurants to choose from. Just a 3 min drive to Texas Tech or just catch the loop to be wherever in no time. Definitely will stay there again .
We weren't able to check in until after 5:30 pm. When we got to our room, the dishwasher was running and was very loud. The heater was on in the room and rattled all night. It made the same sound as cards in a bike spokes. The room we stayed in was clean and the staff was friendly.The room had plenty of shelving and closet space to keep your personal items off the floor and bed. We were nervous about seeing the posted sign that said there have been many car burglaries despite security measures so please lock your vehicles. The guests in the room next to us left 4-5 kids unattended till about 2:40 am.the adults were more loud and obnoxious than the kids were. But that thankfully the adults didn't last long. They fell silent quickly. Expect lots of noise from the thin walls and nearby traffic. I don't recommend this place for a good night's rest. But I do recommend it as a clean and convenient place to quick access to shopping, gas, coffee and the freeway.
This is one of the best places to stay in Lubbock. The housekeepers are amazing and will help with whatever they can. Amber and Jessica are so friendly and are great at giving good customer service. The front desk man,Dee was so nice as well and that was the best stay we've had at any hotel within the past year. We've stayed at a lot of hotels,even in Vegas and this was the best one yet! Thank you for hiring great and caring employees!
Awesome experience! The manager on Duty, Dee Wilson, was fantastic upbeat and the friendliest we have ever seen. He definitely made my family and I feel at home. We planned a short trip to Lubbock for Christmas and he made it fun and easy. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Home2 Suites in Lubbock is great! I don’t normally rate hotels on here or fill out their surveys but I am for this hotel!! Dee, who works at the front is an incredibly helpful guy and very personable. He gave a great food recommendation and assisted with some issues I had. I will be staying here again.
